His work has been closely associated with initiatives in healthcare, education, and rural livelihoods, with a sustained focus on institution-building and community-oriented development. Drawing on decades of experience in organizational and social systems, he has played a significant role in strengthening grassroots structures and service-oriented institutions.
At Urvara Agricultural Research Foundation, he is leading the organizational and institutional development of the Foundation, including the establishment of governance processes, internal structures, and long-term operational frameworks. His contribution is central to ensuring that Urvara evolves as a credible, disciplined, and mission-aligned research institution capable of engaging effectively with public institutions, cooperative systems, and long-term partners.

Adarsh Kumar Srivastava
Expertise & Contributions
His work reflects a strong understanding of labor systems, local governance structures, and cooperative institutions operating at the grassroots level. With over three decades of exposure to organizational development and social leadership, he brings valuable insight into the functioning of local bodies, workforce collectives, and community-driven institutions.
At Urvara Agricultural Research Foundation, he contributes a ground-level institutional perspective, helping ensure that research models remain socially grounded, legally sound, and responsive to labor, cooperative, and local governance realities.

Dr. Amarendra Singh
Expertise & Contributions
His experience spans long-standing organizational responsibilities, including early leadership roles in organizational management, stewardship of transparency and information initiatives, and coordination of constituency-level planning and election management. Through this work, he has developed deep familiarity with local governance institutions, cooperative systems, and Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).
At Urvara Agricultural Research Foundation, Dr. Singh provides strategic oversight of research initiatives with a strong grassroots and institutional perspective, helping align research models with on-ground administrative realities and cooperative dynamics, and ensuring that proposed frameworks are legally sound, implementable, and scalable.
